User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between BitStars (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the purchase of Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium subscriptions.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

The Service provides the ability to purchase Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium subscriptions using cryptocurrency payments. The Service acts as an intermediary between the User and Telegram services.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in USD with optional conversion to RUB
• Payments are accepted via TON Connect and CryptoBot
• The final price is fixed at the moment of order creation
• Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of order creation

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, the Service will initiate the delivery of Stars or Premium subscription to the specified Telegram account. Delivery is typically completed within 1-5 minutes but may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our services, refunds are only available in cases where delivery fails and cannot be completed. Users must contact support within 24 hours of the failed delivery to request a refund.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate recipient information (Telegram username)
• Ensure sufficient funds for payment
• Not use the Service for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to defraud or abuse the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by Telegram's systems, blockchain network congestion, or other factors beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
